Ms. Bays holds a Masters of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.  Previous positions held by Ms. Bays prior to joining Interfin in 1992 include Controller for Sovereign Management Company of Houston, Texas and Aufleger-Garrett Management of Stillwater, Oklahoma.

Ms. Bays is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Houston Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
